By using Bilingual, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

License

Your use of Bilingual is licensed, not sold, and is subject to Apple's Standard EULA. If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls.

Bilingual Pro

Bilingual Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. The current price and billing currency are shown by Apple before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple subscription settings and restore an active purchase in Bilingual.

Translation Results

Machine and AI translations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular context. Review important messages before sending them. Do not rely on Bilingual as the sole source for legal, medical, safety-critical, or other high-stakes communication.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Bilingual to violate law, infringe rights, distribute harmful content, attack the service, bypass access controls, or automate abusive traffic. Reasonable technical limits may be applied to keep the service reliable and prevent misuse.

Availability and Changes

Features may depend on Apple, Google, OpenAI, internet connectivity, downloaded language models, and supported iOS capabilities. Bilingual may modify or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary. Subscription benefits will be described in the app and App Store listing.

Disclaimer and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bilingual is provided without guarantees that every translation or service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Liability is limited as described in Apple's Standard EULA and applicable law. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
